Two providers, one plan. Your hormone therapy is prescribed and managed by a licensed medical provider. Your training and nutrition are handled by a dedicated fitness and nutrition coach. Both sides communicate, so your program is adjusted with your labs, symptoms, and results in view not in isolation.
Hormone therapy is most effective when it's reinforced by training and nutrition tailored to your body's needs. This program is designed to do that, pairing your treatment with structured, individualized support so you see the full benefit of your care.
Nutrition. We take a top-down look at your diet, considering both macronutrients and the micronutrient profile that supports energy, recovery, and bone and muscle health — areas that change through perimenopause and menopause. This isn't a restrictive meal plan you'll struggle to maintain. It's a sustainable approach that works within your lifestyle and adapts as your goals and body respond over time.
Training. You'll receive a comprehensive program with instructional videos demonstrating proper form for every movement, with an emphasis on resistance training to support strength, lean mass, and bone density. We also conduct training audits, where you submit video of your workouts for personalized review and technical feedback. Your programming develops as you progress, keeping your results consistent and continuous.
Accountability and communication. This is what sets the program apart. You'll have full text access throughout the week, the option to schedule calls, and a recorded video check-in every week. Each check-in reviews your progress and guides specific, informed adjustments to your training and nutrition, so your program evolves alongside you — including through shifts in energy, sleep, and recovery.
Medication, coaching, supplies, shipping and provider consultation are included in the price; bloodwork is billed separately.
Hormone therapy is prescribed only after intake, consultation, and bloodwork, and only where clinically appropriate. Your provider manages dosing and monitoring throughout, and reviews your history to confirm therapy is a suitable option for you.
