Two providers, one plan. Your hormone therapy is prescribed and managed by a licensed medical provider. Your training and nutrition are handled by a dedicated fitness and nutrition coach. Both sides communicate, so your program is adjusted with your labs, symptoms, and results in view not in isolation.

Hormone optimization works best when it's supported by the right training and nutrition. This program is built to do exactly that, pairing your treatment with structured, individualized guidance so you get the full return on your investment.

Nutrition. We take a top-down look at your diet, accounting for both macronutrients and the micronutrient profile that supports energy and recovery. The goal isn't a rigid meal plan you'll abandon in three weeks. It's a sustainable approach that fits your existing lifestyle and adjusts as your body composition and goals change.

Training. You'll receive a comprehensive program with instructional videos demonstrating proper movement mechanics for every exercise. We also conduct training audits, where you submit video of your lifts for direct review and technical feedback. Your programming evolves as you progress, ensuring continued adaptation rather than plateau.

Accountability and communication. This is where the program stands apart. You'll have full access via text throughout the week, the ability to schedule calls, and a recorded video check-in every week. Each check-in reviews your progress and drives specific, data-informed adjustments to your training and nutrition, so the program moves with you week to week.

Medication, coaching, supplies, shipping and provider consultation are included in the price; bloodwork is billed separately.

Medical care. Hormone replacement therapy is prescribed only after intake, consultation, and bloodwork, and only where clinically appropriate. Your provider manages dosing and monitoring throughout.
