What’s actually included?
Your provider visit, initial bloodwork, treatment if your provider approves it, supplies, and shipping. No separate consultation charge. No extra fee for your initial lab visit.
Why a monthly price if I’m billed quarterly?
$99.00/mo is the monthly equivalent. You pay $297.00 upfront for a 12-week supply, with treatment subject to provider approval. It’s one purchase, with no automatic renewal. Your provider visit and initial bloodwork are included in that price.
Can I bring my own bloodwork?
Yes. Upload results from the last 90 days during your health intake after checkout. Your provider checks that the report includes the results needed for review. If you need new bloodwork, your lab visit is included at no extra charge.
What if I don’t qualify?
If your provider determines treatment is not appropriate, we refund your initial payment in full. Payment never guarantees a prescription.
What happens when I click Get Started?
You’ll see the full program and its price. Nothing is added to your cart until you choose Continue to checkout. After payment, you complete your health intake and bloodwork, then a licensed provider reviews your information.
Who prescribes and fills my treatment?
A licensed provider reviews your history and bloodwork and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Approved prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies. onwellness is LegitScript certified; you can verify our status using the certification link on this page.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is included with approved treatment. Once your provider approves a prescription and the pharmacy fills it, your treatment is shipped in discreet packaging. Your provider review and lab results come first.
